It’s been a while and it has been brought to my attention that an update for our first episode is in order. I do apologize for the silent running, but real-life has a way of creeping into these fan-based productions.
First of all, Exeter Trek is still among the living. Our first episode, “Our Dearest Blood,” was filmed over the course of a year. Exterior scenes began in October and additional location filming was completed in Jacksonville during 2015.
Interior scenes were filmed at Farragut Studios in late January. The team worked to recreate the look and feel of the 1965 pilot era.
Director Wayland Strickland and the production team planned the editing, sound effects, CGI, and music. Future projects included three vignettes and another full episode in early pre-production.
